Use of our online shopping website constitute your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our website and the following
online shopping terms:

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION
When purchasing goods online you will be required to register with a site called Payfast, which is used to process all online payments made to
TidyTot. When registering with Payfast, you will be required to provide certain information including personal details, payment card details,
and your delivery address. Our website will only require that you enter your delivery address.

2. PRODUCT SALES AND AVAILABILITY
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa. All prices shown on
our website are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue
or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products
or services ordered by you are not available.

3. COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website. However, as the actual
colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any colour will be
accurate.

4. CONTENT ERRORS
We regret that no order will be accepted if we identify a material error in the description of any of our goods or services or their prices on our
website.

5. PRICING POLICY
TidyTot Pty. is not VAT registered. As such you are not required to pay VAT for any items purchased and will only be charged the prices as they are reflected on the website, subject to availability. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.

6. METHODS OF PAYMENT
– Debit card
– Credit card
– Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Should you choose to make payment via EFT, your order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared in our bank account
Credit and Debit Card payments are facilitated by Payfast (website:https://www.payfast.co.za/s/std/what-is-payfast)
When paying by Debit or Credit card, you will place your order on our site and then be directed to the Payfast site to finalise payment before being
redirected to our site for final confirmation of your order.

7. CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us
when you receive your confirmation of your order. Failure by us to to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale
or the enforceability thereof.

8. DELIVERY
Standard delivery-The cost per delivery is R25 (including VAT) and will ensure delivery of your order to your nearest post office within 5 working days. You will receive notification that your order is ready for collection from your nearest post office/postnet.

Next day delivery-The cost per delivery is R35 (including VAT) and will ensure delivery of your order to your door the next working day. Deliveries will occur from mondays to fridays in Cape Town, Paarl, Worcester, Stellenbosch, Malmesbury and Grabouw by our nationwide couriers via overnight express delivery. Orders must be placed before 14:00pm on a working week day and will be delivered by 17:00pm the following day. Unless your order is placed on a friday in which case it will be delivered the following monday.

Deliveries by our nationwide couriers to any other areas cost R45 (including VAT) per delivery and may take up to 3 working days from date of dispatch. Again orders must be place before 14:00pm on a working week day.

To assist our courier, please include the recipients cell phone number to ensure that orders are delivered at first attempt.

A tax invoice will be enclosed with with every order

PLEASE NOTE Whereas we’ll do our best to ensure delivery of your “tidy tot” at your preferred time and date in terms of flagging our parcels,
instructing our couriers and following up on all tracking data, we cannot guarantee prompt delivery at a specific time on a certain date as we rely
on 3rd party couriers for our deliveries.

For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other
than yourself , who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf. Should no-one be
in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice at the delivery address to this effect. The driver will attempt
to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should same day delivery be required. Our liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being effected at a later agreed time at no additional charge. Please arrange that you or your authorised representative is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, we will require you or your authorised representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note to confirm receipt. We have outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.

Once your order has been accepted, if required we will email you a tracking number which will allow you to follow the progress of your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are sent via Airmail and are estimated to take bettween 3-10 days to arrive.

Any CUSTOMS or IMPORT DUTIES are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

9. REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We do a thorough check of every item before we send it out. If however your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged, you may return it to us within 14 days
of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange provided that the item is incorrect, faulty or damaged, returned in its original packaging and is accompanied by a returns form (back of the invoice) or a cover note stating full name, address, order number and reason for return. All delivery charges are refundable if you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item. This does not effect you statutory rights.

10. CANCELLATION
Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted. As payments are processed through Payfast a 10% admin fee will be charged
on any cancelled orders. If you cancel your payment, for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid, you will nevertheless be bound
to pay the full admin fee on any cancellation.

11. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk in the products shall pass to you or your authorised representative on delivery. We will retain ownership in the products until full payment has been received.

While some of our products have been made using  licenced fabrics, we are not affiliated with the trademark holder of those fabrics. All products are manufactured by Tidy Tot.
