DELIVERY POLICY

Tidy tot wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen (like annoying postal strikes) so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Please note that once your order has been placed we cannot change your delivery address. Should you have any issues please contact customer service.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

STANDARD DELIVERY-R25 will ensure delivery of your Tidy Tot to your nearest post office within 5 WORKING DAYS. You will receive notification that your Tidy Tot is ready for collection from your nearest post office/postnet.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY-Need your Tidy Tot quick fast? R40 will ensure delivery of your order to your door the next working day. Unfortunately only our customers living in and around CAPE TOWN, WORCESTER, STELLENBOSCH, PAARL, MALMESBURY, WELLINGTON, GRABOUW and HERMANUS qualify. Orders must be placed before 14:00 on a working week day.

2 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY-R55 will ensure your Tidy Tot reaches you within 2 WORKING DAYS. Unfortunately only our customers living in and around KNYSNA, JOHANNESBURG, WITBANK, VAAL, PRETORIA, RUSTENBURG and BLOEMFONTEIN qualify and orders must be placed before 14:00 on a working week day.

3 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY-R55 will ensure your Tidy Tot is delivered within 3 WORKING DAYS. Unfortunately only our customers living in and around WILD COAST, PORT SHEPSTONE, DURBAN, PIETERMARITZBURG, RICHARDS BAY, KLERKSDORP, RANDFONTEIN, WESTONARIA and POLOKWANE qualify and orders must be placed before 14:00 on a working week day.

To all our lovely customers living in the EASTERN CAPE and in any outlying areas PLEASE don’t feel left out! We have been assured by FASTWAY (our courier dudes) that they’ll have depots up n running in the PE in the next 2 months. Until then please make use of our “standard delivery” option and we apologise for any inconvenience.

We are super excited to now be able to offer INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY to the following continents:

  • Africa (R175 to any country)
  • Europe (R260 to any country)
  • Asia (R260 to any country)
  • Australasia (R260 to any country)

International orders are sent via Airmail and are estimated to take between 3-10 days to arrive.

Any CUSTOMS or IMPORT DUTIES are charged once the parcel has reached its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your Tidy Tot is on its way along with your order number. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

To track your order please use the consignment number we send you once your item has been dispatched.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact customer service.
